A summer day in the Alto Malcantone near Arosio.

It took 5 years to build the Luzzone dam. The works started in 1958 and finished in 1963. The dam is 225m high and can hold 108 millions cubic meters of water.
The wall can be climbed on a multi pitch artificial route . It's the longest of that kind in the whole world.

The oldest paintings inside the Negrentino church are 1000 years old.

Between Torre and Dangio you drive by the Cima Norma chocolate factory. She was built in 1903. 340 Persons worked there in the 40’-50’.
There was even a railroad between Biasca and Acquarossa. The factory had to close in 1968.
