With power demands increasing to support AI workloads, 800V and +/-400V DC adoption is imminent. Our portfolio is well-positioned to address this demand. Our high-voltage GaN power stages, digital controllers, isolated gate drivers and digital isolators enable high efficiency and high power density AC/DC conversion.

For energy storage, our battery monitors, protectors and gauges can be leveraged to ensure safe and reliable operation of battery and capacitive backup units. To support rack-level DC distribution, protection, and conversion, our hot swap controllers, high- and medium-voltage GaN power stages and MCUs with built-in AI accelerators provide fast fault protection and efficient DC/DC conversion for critical workloads.

Increasing data center power density and efficiency

High-performance integrated GaN power stages

Our gallium nitride (GaN) power stages can help you achieve high efficiency and high density in your server power designs, and when leveraged to scale support high-voltage DC architectures. An integrated driver reduces circuit parasitics, which can help shrink design footprints.
